enrich your life with peace and connection

enrich your life

In our coaching sessions, we'll work on an approach that will allow you to live a life of greater peace, experience emotional safety, and cultivate more connected relationships.

From the inside out.

  • protecting yourself from the impacts of narcissists and other toxic people in your sphere;

  • setting clear boundaries that minimize drama and send a clear message about what behaviors you're not willing to put up with;

  • setting boundaries with yourself to ensure you don't over-invest in other people's problems and deplete yourself physically and emotionally;

  • developing stable, drama-free relationships (whether family, partner, or friend).

Experience a more peaceful existence by:

blissful peace

Oh, the comfort — the inexpressible comfort of feeling safe with a person — having neither

to weigh thoughts nor measure words, but pouring them all right out, just as they are,

chaff and grain together, certain that a faithful hand will take and sift them,

keep what is worth keeping, and then with the breath of kindness blow the rest away.

–Dinah Craik

Experience the inexpressible comfort of feeling safe with a person.

We start by working to keep the toxicity at bay, so you can stop walking on eggshells and being psychologically hijacked, and instead allow your mind and body to learn how to be at ease within yourself and with others.

We'll then work on developing the radar to recognize people you can truly feel safe and comfortable with.

deeper connection

Cultivate more connected relationships  (whether with family, partner, or friend)  by:

  • determining whether your attachment style is impacting your relationships, and what changes to make;

  • recognizing whether someone is emotionally safe, and how to offer that to others;

  • developing a willingness to be vulnerable with safe people and to respond to vulnerability from a place of compassion; and

  • cultivating love and compassion within yourself, allowing you to extend love and compassion to others.
